The operating system for a network of licensed healthcare clinics.
One platform runs the whole network: onboarding new licensees, hiring with a public job board, CRM and sales funnel, WhatsApp and Instagram, finance, and results coaching — with an admin side for the franchisor and an isolated space for each clinic.
The problem
The network ran on spreadsheets, Power BI exports and a dozen disconnected tools. Every new clinic meant weeks of manual onboarding, and nobody had one trustworthy view of the numbers.
The solution
A multi-tenant platform where every clinic sees only its own data — enforced by the database, not by the UI — with payments, messaging and reporting built in, deployed with zero downtime.
