From people operations to production code.
I studied psychology and spent seven years in HR, always inside fast-growing companies: first HR hire at a startup that went from 30 to 200+ people, high-volume hiring for Diageo across Latin America, and People Ops for a fully remote media company through hypergrowth and downsizing.
In early 2026 I stopped waiting for tools that fit and started building them. The first was the HR platform I needed at work. Then came a platform for a clinic network, a native desktop app and an AI-run newsroom.
That background is my edge: I start from the people who will use the software, I know how organizations actually run, and I ship things that stay in production.
