A full People platform — from hiring to offboarding — built by the HR person who used it every day.
MoveUp Media’s internal HR platform: recruiting, onboarding with buddies, performance cycles, compensation bands, workforce planning, time off, learning, org chart and employee self-service — used daily by a fully remote, international company.
The problem
A company growing from 50 to 200+ people was stitching HR together across paid tools that did not talk to each other, and the People team was the bottleneck.
The solution
I built the platform I needed as the People Ops owner: one system for the whole employee lifecycle, integrated with Slack and the tools people already used.
